    The villa is situated merely 250 metres from Church of Panaya of Ekatontapiliani and within a few blocks of Parikia Town. This Parikia holiday home is just 1.2 km from Livadia Beach, and Agia Irini is nearly 10 minutes away by car.

    Tristrato Villa includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Hair dryers and bath sheets are also at your disposal.

    The Parikia property comes with an equipped kitchenette fitted with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Guests can dine at Nanou Donuts House, located merely 450 metres from the Parikia accommodation. Ktel bus station is a short distance from the villa, allowing guests to easily discover Parikia.
